Belur

​Belur is a historic town located in the Hassan district of Karnataka, India. It is renowned for its exquisitely crafted temples, which are exemplary specimens of Hoysala architecture. The most famous temple in Belur is the Chennakesava Temple, dedicated to Lord Vishnu. The Chennakesava Temple is a masterpiece of Hoysala architecture and is known for its intricate carvings, detailed sculptures, and beautiful craftsmanship. It is one of the finest examples of Hoysala art and is renowned for its richly decorated exteriors and interiors.
