Milford Sound

Milford Sound is a fjord carved by glaciers during the Ice Ages, resulting in steep cliffs rising dramatically from the dark waters. The fjord is surrounded by towering peaks, including iconic landmarks like Mitre Peak, which stands majestically at the entrance of the sound.
